SPECIFICATIONS FOR AD SPACE in the Larkspur School District Directory
Deadline for artwork (digital or hard copy) for the 2007-2008 District Directory is September 15, 2007

Please supply a digital file to the appropriate final size

• FULL PAGE: 7.5" Tall by 6" Wide (Legacy Partners, Premier Business Partners and Business Partners)
• Two Thirds Page : 9 " Tall by 6" Wide (Legacy Partners, Premier Business Partners and Business Partners)
• ONE-THIRD PAGE HORIZONTAL: 2.35 " Tall by 6" Wide (Class Sponsor & BSS donor)
• ONE-THIRD PAGE VERTICAL: 6 " Tall by 2.35" Wide (Class Sponsor & BSS Donor)

Digitally prepared art files should be provided as follows
Finished ads that require NO EDITS :

• All ads must be black and white
• Accepted files formats are 300dpi (high resolution) JPEG, EPS, or TIFF
• PDF file format accepted but other file formats preferred
• Please email ads (under 500K) to: ads@cmlsf.org
• If files are over 500K, please submit on CD or DVD (address below)

Ads that REQUIRE EDITS (fees may apply):

• Please write changes on hard copy and return to address below, along with digital files, if appropriate.
• Acceptable file formats (with all fonts and accompanying files included) are Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXPress, Adobe In Design, or Photoshop.
• Files may be supplied on CD or DVD or e-mailed to: ads@cmlsf.org
• All ads must be black and white
